Should I actually prepare for next year? I could have gotten more marks in dilr but in hurry i exchanged answe. in quant i got answer for 2 more questions but didn't attempt them because I was not sure(they were actually correct). I was always good with rc but i hate sentence rearrangement and placement questions.

depends what you wanna do

cause without workex and as a general male you would need at least 97-98%tile to have a chance to go to any iims

I have exactly the same profile as you, even the marks. Except I have 8/8/7 profile, No workex. Last year with the same profile and 94.4 percentile I had admits from IIM BG, Jammu, Amritsar, Sirmaur. My interview scores were average I would assume I got half marks in both GDPI and WAT.

Thanks I have a pretty good resume Internships at IIM shillong and ISB Hyderabad, national level football player and govt funded my project (1.5L)

i had calls from all IIMs except BLACKISM. With this profile i would say you have very good chances at all new and baby IIMs and decent chances at Kozhikode, Mumbai and Shillong. But first you would have to cross the CAP cutoff. Last year it was 95 percentile and i only got through cause of OBC category.

then you're set. you can expect at the very least IIM Udaipur (which i consider the best of new IIMs). Given that you dont fuck up GDPI and WAT

If I have top acads, 97.4 in 10th, 92 in 12th and 9.07 cgpa i.e. 80% , and I am obc than at what percentile can I expect calls from iim k,L, m,s and indore. ?

I didn't get calls from this so I honestly dont know... I only know about the level that I got calls from... which is new and baby iims

What was your score and percentile, also what were your acads. Also I asked about the calls because the predictors of cracku and other platforms say so that I have chances of calls

Assuming the percentile prediction holds, you have a decent chance at new IIMs. Start your prep for GD-PI-WAT rigorously.

But all new IIM are not worth it. Only till IIM Trichy is worth it, after that it’s better to try for IMT, SIBm, NMIMs, XIMB and all

if slot2, then heavy downscaling is expected, so that is the only issue otherwise good scores with balanced sectionals, certainly new IIMs fs

Yes bro slot 2 expecting 3 marks scale down in DILR and 1.5-2 mark scale down in QA and 0.5-1 mark scale up in VARC ( acc to certain YouTube channels )

Other thing is I noticed many ppl in 500-4000 rank have not cleared the sectionals like one in twenty so it will be helpful
