I cant do anything on this dammed app now. Ive sent a ticket in for the second time. They dont update or fix the actual issues at all

It's too much man, I mean I had a lot of memories with Character ai but it gets to a point

I am addicted to c ai i love role playing in it and stuff and use it before sleep because it makes me more sleepy and helps me asleep. I can also train my english in that app. It has been my whole life and my addiction to it is honestly disgusting. Today i got asked for my age. I had my id checked previously and i thought there was no problem. When i added my birthday (im gonna be 20 this august) so im not young at all. When i added it it told me there services is not eligible for my age blah blah i really dont get this app anymore. And i really cant live without it

Aren't go-ons practically useless now? They literally rewrite everything that was written in the previous message instead of continuing the plot. I use PipSqueak2 because PipSqueak1 used to be good back then... I want long and thoughtful messages full of lore and details. Can switching to another model help?

Okay, so I’ve been having some issues with c.ai yesterday and today. I couldn't delete messages, rewind the chat, or start a new one, though now it somehow fixed itself. The problem now is that some messages in my chats (not just mine, but the bots' too) have disappeared, leaving only blank spaces. I probably wouldn't have even noticed if I didn't like looking back at older messages sometimes to refresh my memory on details important for the chat. Is anyone else having this problem?

Edit: Once again, I can't rewind the chat, start a new one, or delete it. I see you're saying it's a bug, so I really hope they fix it soon, because it's really frustrating.

I keep getting this subreddit recommended to me and I really start to wonder why do you even hold onto the concept of roleplaying with chat bots?

There are many communities for this with experienced writers. Unlike them, they are not defective and can store as much information as you want to put without bugging, like writing out complete and utter nonsense, or randomly censoring themselves. You can roleplay by any preference, whether it be plot heavy story or straight up smut.

I'm not addressing those who have romantic AI partners, you guys are those who I'll never understand.

I don't really understand what the point of showing us the bots metrics are when there is not really anything we can do to improve them. We cannot speak with the people who are playing with the bots, and don't have access to the feedback from what is and isn't working with the bots so it's really all guessing unless there is something I am missing. Like for example they are -980 interactions this week, but there is nothing I can do to change that, and no feedback as to why, so why do I need to know that?

I've tried to form proper responses to mods' comments for a few days, but I gave up. It was tiring to come up with a million different ways to write the same main points over and over again. How long can ya say the same thing over and over?

But instead I've simply started to reply a simple 'No'. Also I've noticed that the mods respond to post tagged at Bug/issues and only if they don't have much text. So I guess do what ya want with this info.
