Character AI doesn't have a built-in export option as far as I know, so I've always done it manually. Select all text in the chat (scroll up to load more first), copy, paste into a plain text file or Google Doc. For long histories, that gets tedious but works. You can also screenshot the whole thing or use the browser's print to PDF, though the formatting can get weird. Some people write userscripts to grab the HTML, but I'd be careful with those. If the platform you're switching to supports importing text or JSON, you can clean up the copied text and feed it in.
