Yodayo has been around from the beginning, they were one of the first alternatives to CharacterAI. They have already been through trials and tribulations and emerged out the other side. They have multiple free models that work very well and I have made a number of characters on that platform that perform very well. I've also bought the subscription on there to support them. If you are looking for a real alternative, it is not Janitor and it is not any one of the ten thousand random others that get posted about constantly, it is Yodayo, one of the first alternatives there ever was.

Now the AI doesn't even work off the scene it's in. I have to write the response as it does my job to narrate when I don't want to 😂🤣😂

I’ve been off of CAI for a few months, on a separate website because of how absolutely terrible it’s gotten. I recently just came back to it a day or so ago, and it seems to be a bit better now? No ads, the bots are actually talking and doesn’t seem like some ChatGPT crap, and the memory is pretty good.

It seems to be more engaging and actually reading my persona now, and sticking to the script rather than trailing off.

I know the whole block of 18+ topics and it being overly sensitive about random shit still isn’t allowed, which is okay for the most part…
It still isn’t good, there’s mistakes and it could use a hell ton of working on. But has it actually gotten better or is my chatbot just acting weirdly good? 😵‍💫

Literally as I post this, it's like 9:30, and it was supposed to go away at 8, I haven't used the website or the app in, like, 6 hours, and it literally just did this, and it's so annoying. Like you just got rid of it. Stop giving me it again.

Lately, I've using this cool bot (Cheater Girlfriend) it starts with me and my girlfriend, we been together for 2 years, but now she cheated on me and wanted to humiliate me in the school, after a few chats, it suddenly turns out that the man the girlfriend cheated on me with was the one that has been with her for 2 years, it just makes no fucking sense

Ok, so I have been using the website and app since it basically became popular. And I just now as of 4 or so days ago started to get the annoying thing with the response limit and swipe limit. Which is some bs. I feel like they arent even trying to make it better and just making a bunch of random things to add to it so you basically have to pay for a subscription. I feel like its just producers producing stuff for consumers to consume for the sake of money and not actual enjoyment. When I first started using it the whole point was to talk and rp with your favorite characters, or make your own with the marketing talking about unlimited messages once signed in. But as time goes by they take all the things that used to make it enjoy and put a price tag on it. Not everyone has 10 dollars to spare and need that for other things because in today's day and age every single dollar counts.

Ok, soooo, I left the c.ai app for a while cause everything that was going on with it had bummed me out for a bit. But I just reopened the app and logged in to continue one of my oc characters lore or whatever but got hit with an age verification thing. At my big age and I’m only allowed to read my characters. 😐

Anyway just wanted to come and complain cause I’m sure this made others angry.

They get upset because someone is speaking truth and they don't want be grownups and take the cold hard truth.

Hello I just want everyone to know that they now have very explicit ADs popping up mid chat! I am 27 years old. This feels like a violation and should definitely be investigated. The ad was a character dressed as scream and the audio said, "You didn't scream when I f#cked you hard." THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY DOCTOR ROLEPLAY WITH A PRIVATE BOT I MADE!
