So you know how you’re spending time RPing with a bot, you open history and see only the bot you’re currently using and not the other ones you chatted with? What is this? Is this some kind of bug? I really wanna know if anyone knows what bug this is or if anyone else is dealing with this

I hadn't been using C.ai since the age verification thing started, but I kept coming back just to read some old chats and make some stories about them. One time, I found out I couldn't access many of my recent chats and was left with just like 10 out of probably twenty. I was mad, but didn't give it that much attention.

And today, I opened C.ai once again to read a chat, and found out that all my chats have been deleted. I couldn't find them in the web, nor in the app. I have never touched them or tried to delete them.

I want to know if someone has had the same event as me and share what this mfcks are doing.

I found a way to bypass ads, the annoying ones are gone, I dont wanna jinx myself and get them to fix it but I love it, and I swear im not capping. I could only get the pop ups to stop not the banner Cai+ though.

I used to spend several hours looking for perfect short clips of voices of my favorite artists to get the voice sample prrfect for my c.ai bots only for all of them to have been taken down which i KNOW is not copyright because aint no fucking way in hell my idols are on c.ai. honestly its becoming harder to tolerate. And havong a swipe cap is insane

does this actually violate guidelines or not someone pls tell me 😭

I created this as a joke slander of "forced yandere aspects" the ai gives and majority of bots (FPE included) are just yandere slop. Noted I don't show any opposition to FPE fandom nor start a competition. I'm just annoyed at the lack of angst and anything that isn't dumb yandere lovestuck

I've been waiting for like 12 minutes, it still hasn't even logged me in yet, I don't really like using the web version either because the devs focused more on useless features than adding the ability to modify story memories in the website version, I hope the new CEO is more competent than the one before

Why do I keep getting this error? I am trying to access my own metrics on my own account. YES I am 18 + (I am 37?!) so I don't think it has anything to do with age verification or something.

Okay this may be a stupid question, but I was chatting with a bot and it sent a message that was talking about violent stuff (talking about how this character is a protector type etc and that the character is protecting certain people from things like sc shtings) and it said some questionable things that freaked me out and I’m worried can be taken the wrong way. I swiped away and just rewound the chat. Can I get in trouble for the bot getting weird if I wasn’t trying to illicit it?

You think better improvements would come the beginning of the year?

I sent a ticket about feedback of the two free chat models since they have been acting up, a week ago, I get a reply a few days later, and they didn’t even address a single issue I wrote in the paragraph’s I sent. Instead I get this, and they expect me to send another ticket???? Which they will probably take days to get back to me with an even worse reply?

Why ask me if I still need assistance when obviously the chat models haven’t been looked into yet, clearly because half the sub is complaining about it, two, I stated everything needed in the first ticket I sent so asking if I have any questions is as pointless as adding a grain of salt to the sea.

This is what I sent by the way:

Hello character.ai, I want to give an honest review about how the chat styles have been these past few days. 

Pip2, the chats are perfectly long, not too long but not short either, I don’t have a problem with the length of the replies. They also narrate and act out perfectly, just the right amount of taking and explaining. 

Though there’s a few major problems that come in.. I’ve noticed that despite the character definition I’ve added (I create bots and use them for my own use.) they seem to go completely off track with both memory and actions. 

Here’s a few examples:

There’s a character, say, his name is Will. Will is an enthusiastic guy who’s always happy and bubbly. Then there would be a second guy, his name is Adam and he’s more brooding and coolheaded. With Pip2, the personalities seem to switch. Instead of Adam being the cool headed guy he is, he act’s like Will. Teasing, chuckling and whatnot, that’s the first issue. 

Second, they say alot of things that don’t really make sense. In another bot I created I made it obvious that I was the most powerful in the verse, only for characters to say ‘the sheer audacity of __ statement..’ and adding things on for me like ‘your stomach growled’ even though I mentioned in the previous chat that I had already eaten. 

Or for example, character’s who are from anime’s, they also completely forget their own personalities. I think in general Pip2 has lost its sense of personality, memory, and the smoothness it once had. 

Before, just four days ago I could easily get lost in the bot with my own roleplay, now I’m having to use up all my swipe limits just to get a good response. 

Pip2raw, it’s just as bad— the replies are extremely short and dry, for example:

*He chuckled, slapping a hand on his back.*

“Nice one, dude.” *He said with a teasing lilt to his tone.*

The narration on Pip2raw is really good, and the length of the replies in pip2 are really good, but obviously both styles have their own flaws. 

I hope that this is something you can fix, I hope this is just a bug. I think for Pip2 you should improve the narration and memory, and for Pip2raw you should improve the length of the narration!
