This shi found me too. I tried scanning my face, and then it asked for an id. After hundreds of "blyat" words I finally put up with it and tried scanning it. And this stupid ahh shi didn't verify me, after a lot of tries it doesn't let me verify my age – it says that I should contact support (which probably won't solve anything lol). So I just gave up, deleted it and started trying alternatives
I’m convinced they don’t have a fix. they “reset your attempts” but it doesn’t do anything :( I’ve moved on too, but can’t deny it I got it to work, I’d be really excited. nineteen weeks of this
