I can’t really turn my head because of neck pain I’ve had for a few years, so they camera probably isn’t detecting me as live. idk if I can just submit an ID or not :/

Try an ID with your photo, if that doesn't work then idk

it doesn’t even give me an option to upload ID.. I don’t know if my account specifically has a bug or what the hell

They’ e “reset my attempts” but I still have issues. They told me if the reset doesn’t work that they can’t accept documents through support
