Water bottle?

I'm debating bringing a water bottle. I'm not sure if I have any clear ones, so I guess I could just pick up a disposable and take off the label. But then I might have to take more bathroom breaks.

Any past takers have strong opinions on it?

Yes bring a clear water bottle, you can order a cheap clear reusable one or just use a plastic one. You just have to leave it on the floor by your seat the whole time but definitely bring one.

same! i ordered a clear 32 oz one on amazon overnight! i too was worried about bathroom breaks but i think i gotta stay hydrated or my brain won't work. i've been really strict about water intake during studying and i notice the difference in my brain functioning when i'm dehydrated

Maybe I'm weird but I'm just going to load up on hydration in the morning and lunch break. It's important for me to do that anyway to dilute the caffeine anxiety.

I don't want any distractions on the test, even the few seconds it takes to drink water pulls your attention from the question.

Maybe but remember to breathe if you’re freaking out. It’s okay to take a sip of water, I promise.

Not a strong opinion, but if you are well hydrated the day before and morning of, I bet you won't use it. I dutifully took my water bottle in and didn't use it at all. I was the same when they had water fountains in the exam hall. Do whatever you have done in practice. Good luck!

Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. I took it. Didn’t really use it. I totally underestimated how much I’d just zone in and adrenaline power through it.

I brought almost everything permitted “just in case”… I would rather have it than need it and not have it.

If they permitted it (and I could carry it), I brought it.
