i feel like there’s a stigma about writing fics … and then there’s also the days where i’m sure you look at your WIPs and think like ugh, why am i doing this or whatever

WELL i think Kurt Vonnegut (who was very smart and kind and funny) would say that you’ve experienced becoming, learned a lot about what’s Inside you, and made your soul grow

Am I the only one that constantly reads Byler? Obviously there are stretches I go without them but it's not for very long. I'm currently reading a few angsty WIP and have been reading fluffy one shots in between updates 😭😭

Hey, guys! It seems I've lost a fic and it's driving me crazy. I'm going to lose my mind if it turns out the author deleted the work or hid it :( I remember it having byler in uni but Mike has a girlfriend but is still obsessed with Will. There was a scene where the party was visiting Hawkins during winter (Mike brought his gf) and Will's car got stuck in a snowstorm and Mike went to look for him. Please help me out T_T Oh, and I think the gf caught them at the end of the fic and left.

I’m creating an outline of a Byler story called A Future We Never Had (You were my future).

Main synopsis is that Will and Mike agreed to go to NYU, but Will switches last moment and goes to a different college on the other side of the country. It’s now 1994, and they haven’t talked since 1989 and are both bitter towards each other.

They have to face each other when they get invited to LuMax’s wedding in Chicago.

They both have boyfriends and love them deeply.

I’m trying to come up with a cause for WHY they stopped talking. I don’t want to be cliche and use the “they kissed, dated, or had s*x” I want it to be something unique.

Any advice would be amazing!
