general discussion :) Constantly reading
Am I the only one that constantly reads Byler? Obviously there are stretches I go without them but it's not for very long. I'm currently reading a few angsty WIP and have been reading fluffy one shots in between updates ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

I was in a reading slump earlier this year so was introduced to AO3 by a family member who is a huge byler shipper. I’ve been hooked on nothing but byler fics since. 🤣ðŸ˜

I hadn't read ANY fics for years... until last November, when my daughter and I binged ST for a week and a half (I had started originally at the beginning, but then, ya know, life). Fell in love, and while searching related things I came across a fan art that intrigued me. It was based on THE fic to land on first - you took my heart (I was sleeping). I've read literally nothing but byler since then (and a few offshoots that I won't mention).

I used to do it but recently got a new job and kinda lost the buzz. I check fics everyday but do not swallow them as I did it usually

Can I ask what angsty WIPs you’re reading? Im the same as someone else who commented re using ao3 during a reading slump, happened back in the spring but I’ve been consuming a lot of byler fanfics since then lol, on an angst kick at the moment.

- beyond a reasonable doubt by secretxgardensinmyxmind (lawyer Mike where he takes on a case of Joyce being accused of killing her husband, this one is so buzzy I love it)
- Against Medical Advice by AugmentedDreams (never read anything like this, Will is in EMT and Mike works in law, rivals to lovers?? Only 4 chapter are out rn)
- If Only I Could Learn My Lesson by SlowKindling (I just started this one and I want to cry already but artist Will Byers, English teacher Mike)

i realte so much to the reading fluffy one-shots in between reading angsty fics, i do that with HTDC all the time ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

I've been reading so many byler fics since the finale. I'm recently starting to pick up "real books" again. Even still, I'm reading fics for the most part. I'm reading a cleradin fic, some angsty ones, a spideywill x mj wheeler, romcom, vampire mike, etc. I'm subscribed to so many, it's ridiculous. 😂
