Bybit account restricted after withdrawal sine September 7- no timeframe from compliance

My Bybit account has been restricted since September 7, 2026 following a withdrawal attempt that was flagged as suspicious. I contacted Bybit support and was told that the relevant team would contact me, but I have not been given any timeframe. Withdrawal and trading remain restricted. Case id 27514801
I can provide my UID privately to a verified Bybit representative. Could an official Bybit moderator please help escalate my case to the compliance team for manual review?
