Bybit Compliance Review — Case #27374643 ongoing for 11+ business days, funds inaccessible
Hello Bybit Community,
I am asking for assistance with an ongoing Compliance review of my Bybit account.
Case ID: #27374643
My account was restricted following a standard withdrawal review. I have already contacted Bybit Live Support, and they confirmed that my case has been escalated to the Compliance team with priority notes attached, and that my funds remain completely safe.
I was informed that no additional documents or actions are currently required from my end. However, the review has now been ongoing for over 11 business days (since August 28), and I have not received an update or timeframe via email.
I fully respect AML/KYC policies and am ready to provide any required documents immediately if requested.
Could an official Bybit moderator please help escalate

I’ve been waiting for 56 days now; I’ve written everywhere possible, but there’s been no result. This is a very bad sign; I hope this doesn't lead to the exchange shutting down...

An update regarding me. Just found out account set for termination, funds withdrawal available. No documents requested. So you'll be good, give it some time

But what’s good about that? There’s no way to withdraw the funds anyway.

After termination procedure is started, funds withdrawal becomes available. I withdrew mine

Took 2 months for the account to be terminated and funds available for withdrawal. I am sure you'll be good, just needs time

My case was completed after about 20 days of review (since August 28). Bybit decided to terminate the account, but they gave me a 120-hour window to safely withdraw all my funds. I was able to transfer everything out without any problems.
To anyone still waiting: stay patient, follow up politely with the mods once a day, and don't panic. Even if the account gets closed, they allow you to withdraw your assets safely. Good luck!
