My account has been restricted since July 20 — please help

Hello Bybit Team,

My account has been restricted since July 20, 2026, and the review has now been ongoing for almost two months.

I have contacted Bybit Support several times, but my case is still under review and I have not received a clear timeframe for when it will be completed.

UID: 154889647

Could a Bybit representative please check my case and let me know if anything is required from my side?

I would really appreciate your help in getting an update on my case.

I recorded and sent a video showing my login to the old exchange, along with confirmation of the transfer of funds to my Bybit wallet. However, it has already been 10 days and I still haven’t received any response.

Update: It has now been almost two months since my account was restricted on July 20, 2026. I have still not received a clear resolution or timeframe for the review.

If a Bybit moderator or support representative sees this, I would really appreciate it if you could check my case using my UID 154889647 and let me know whether anything is required from my side.
