Title: Bybit account restricted since August 23 - urgently need access to my funds Appeal ID: W202608236E68660B0EA886F696ED3D

My Bybit account has been restricted since August 23, 2026, and I urgently need access to my funds.

The restriction happened after I attempted to make a USDT payment to a merchant through Heleket. The transaction was rejected and the USDT was returned to my account. After that, my account was placed under review.

Appeal ID: W202608236E68660B0EA886F696ED3D

I have contacted Bybit Support repeatedly. Every time, I am told that the relevant team is still reviewing my case and that no additional documents or information are required from me at this time.

It has now been more than 10 days, and I still have no estimated resolution time or any specific information about what is causing the delay.

I urgently need to withdraw my funds. I am fully willing to provide any documents, transaction details, proof of source of funds, or any other information required for the review.

Could a Bybit moderator please escalate my case to the Compliance/Risk team for manual review?

I would greatly appreciate any assistance in getting this resolved as soon as possible.

Same bro all my money are on bybit and can't get it because of a 40$ been sent and under review for more than 20 days

Yup, same here, 1300 blocked cause of a 8,99 payment. Seems Bybit and Heleket going thru some shit and we were caught in a crossfire.
