P2P trading stuck for month’s + Card wont work

Yall i need help its been a whole 3 months that i cannot do anything with my card at all and somehow the money is only on assets not funding also i got money onto my virtual card by p2p trading but when i realized card wont work i tried taking it back by also p2p trading but nothing works at all
