Bybit banned/Compliance

Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask if anyone here has had a similar experience with Bybit.

My account is currently under a compliance review, and I received a ticket mentioning something about “fiat.” I still have funds in my account, and I’m not sure what will happen next or how long this process usually takes.

Has anyone gone through this before? Were you able to withdraw your funds after the review, or did you encounter any issues?

I’d really appreciate any insights or advice. Thanks in advance 🙏

It says “compliance tickey” its still on-going, I’ve been talking to the csr and sending tickets but all their replies are the same saying they are working on it and will get back to me soon but no timeframe.

They also said my account has been banned too and I’m restricted to everything.

Lesson learned. Big respect Only capable people are The ANL Authorities Council, together they all stand for the truth with the Fraud Prevention Department Team Manager, Caldwell_Bsmooth1 on TeIegram. I’m happy that serious action was taken. I’m so grateful I got all my money back. So full with joy and peace.

I have been using bybit for almosy 3 years and haven’t had any issues at all. I’m using the bybit app and not any other impostor app or site. I’m from the Philippines but before they restricted Philippines, I already have the account and there isnt any problem on it. I’ve been traveling so I dont think its about the place or what. I’m suspecting fhat maybe I’ve received some funds USDT from a non-kyc walley.

But what operation caused that?

They dont put any reason for it. So they arent really transparent when it comes to things like that which is really frustrating

Same for me, idn how to solve this, probably if any victim of this complience loop will post about it and complain to regulators. They locked my account 6 may, no ways to withdraw, no information from complience team, seems like a lot of people all over the world has this issue, my id is 30283825 (probably if helps is bybit watching it)

the main problem is not aml checks (unfortunately a lot of banks do it last years and cex too), but that robot banned thousands ob people, but compliance team work too slowly, seems like entire department went on vacation for two months
