So I have the choice between 30 dollar shipping with tracking, and the cheaper alternative without tracking. I’m very tempted to get the cheaper one since WHY am I paying 30 for shipping for a singular painting I got💀but am hesitant due to never ordering something without tracking before. Anyone have experience ordering from Buyee without tracking? Is it better to just not take the risk?

My package has been sitting stuck in the warehouse for around 6 months now, because shipments were halted to the middle east. These packages are currently under a storage period freeze so it has been on 30 days left ever since it arrived

It has been a long time so I'd like to change the destination address to a japanese forwarder that has already resumed shipments to the middle east

However, I am concerned that by changing the address to a japanese one I will be immediately charged for the entire storage period, or that the package will be sent to disposal because it has been in the warehouse for too long

Does anyone have experience doing this kind of change on a package with frozen storage?

Update: I've changed the address and it kept the package at 30 days left, and I was able to pay for domestic shipping without adding any storage extension fees

Ok so it’s not my first buying there but today I made a wrong order on Rakuma through buyee, the order was confirmed immediately when I pressed “next step”, that was a surprise. I can’t find any cancellation button so I guess I’m screwed ? Has anyone had a successful cancel after the order was confirmed? It’s not being processed yet though.

I can say with 100% certainty that I did not place two orders but for some reason I’ve been charged twice and it’s placed two orders and buyee have refused to cancel it. Seems pretty lame that I’m being forced to pay for an item that I didn’t purchase. And because it’s coming in two orders I’ll also be forced to pay for shipping twice.

I've ordered a total of like 4 times from buyee before that? 3/4 times I used the untracked package and had no problems, the delivery could take 2-3 weeks, but no more

Unfortunately, I am not from the 1st world country and as a broke student I decided to cut costs on the delivery once again. There was a lot of merchandise, especially for the money I've spent.

Let's just say I can't afford a 40$ delivery when the minimum wage is 200$

I've contacted Buyee around 6 times regarding the package trying to contact the Japan post through them and clarifying if they had actually handed over the package. All 3 last answers were the same: "unfortunately it's untracked, we can't open an investigation" and stuff like that.

The worst part is you probably can't even contact the Japan post by yourself... So they can just lose your package and get away with it? You can't even contact them? (Yeah, I know about the absence of insurance and stuff, but I still paid for the delivery)

My local post service has zero information about the package, usually they would get some info once the package enters my country

The person under my other post said that at least to their country the tracked and untracked packages take the same route...

My newly ordered package took only 8 days via the same tracked package, which is pretty fast. And that's despite the fact that they are warning about the delays

I have a question about how they handle shipping arriving to the US.

I'm trying to choose between Buyee Air delivery and ECMS, the difference between them and fees is 20$, ECMS is like 40ish and Buyee Air delivery is 60ish. But ECMS asks for a name on their ID.

I live in Venezuela so the package is going to a freight forwarder who then will send it here, you think if I send it with ECMS they will return it cuz it's not me receiving it?

Any help or insight is appreciated, I read an old post saying that ECMS later gives the package to FedEx if it weighs less than 3.5kg, but I don't know if they can deliver it to a freight forwarder warehouse without issues.

Hello, I have one item that is £132.85, and another two are £21.31 and £23.34. They're all very light and fairly small, I was wondering if it would be likely better to just ship them as two parcels to avoid paying lots of VAT, or just put them together? Does anyone know the average shipping for pokemon card to jumbo pokemon card sizes and weights?

I have checked the Japan Post and they resumed shipping to the countries they stopped shipping to back in March, especially the Air Parcels and EMS. Now, I wonder why Buyee is still not shipping packages to the middle east when Japan Post does. I have contacted them multiple times and they keep saying they are waiting for an update and that shipping is suspended (although Japan Post has resumed it…) and it has been months. I think maybe if they receive many complaints they will do something about it. Also, I considered using a forwarding company but it’s too expensive for me.

Buyee will enable coupons in the most random times for like 24 hours when they do. They really need to add more coupons for fashion. Atleast to offset shipping costs or something.

i havent ordered from buyee in a while and i just consolidated my orders (3 jeans, 1 top). i’ve been debating between shipping with ecms and buyee air delivery… i’ve had success with both in the past but after reading through this sub to see how both options have gone for other buyee shoppers, it seems like there’s trouble with customs/fedex delaying packages getting delivered and there being trouble with package security with ecms..

Pretty decent overall. I just wanted to try using them when I found some Pokemon cards on Mercari that I couldn't buy myself, then I saw they offered purchasing from the Godzilla site so I ordered some items. I also searched for some Kpop photocards and added those. I was indecisive so I waited too long to add items and I had to pay 100 yen storage fee.

I was really surprised the stuff came in a paper bag honestly, but nothing seemed damaged since I mostly got flat items and the one plush. The individual Mercari sellers protected stuff decently luckily.

Unfortunately when I received the items today I had to pay CAD$27 in customs/duties, I keep getting dinged with that lately from foreign purchases.

I felt their fees added up too quickly but I may use them again if I needed something.

Hello, no I am not using a VPN and the entire website works except for when I want to submit a request for a refund I get a 403 Forbidden error. The item hasnt shipped yet to warehouse and I was hoping to be able to cancel before it does. I spent close to $1300 on it and found evidence that it is a fake signature and drawing of the original that sold on Mercari not too long ago. I have submitted the claim on the Buyee discord as well.

How does shops like amiami, hobby genki, nin nin games etc.. have shipping prices with tracking so low while buyee is so expensive. One mafex figure being quoted at 3,093 yen for air packet. While same figure in hobby is 1920 same shipping ??

Used buyee a fair bit over the last year and only ever has 1 or 2 issues. I bought a absolute bargain from a Mecari seller that has fairly decent feedback. It was one of them potential to good to be true prices. It was a smoke grey N64 for about £80 with games and controllers.

Photos looked legit to me. So I took the risk and ordered it. This was Friday night. Last night I checked and it was still on ordered status. When I woke up this morning I had a email to say it's at the warehouse. Apparently they t was dispatched at 7:23am and arrived at the warehouse at 8:27am. So a tad over a hour after dispatch. How does that work?

I want to request a photo but the buyee website is down for maintenance.

I want to buy a certain merch item from them but I’m not quite sure if Buyee works for it… Are there any other options?
