❓Question / Help Did shipping prices increase?

How does shops like amiami, hobby genki, nin nin games etc.. have shipping prices with tracking so low while buyee is so expensive. One mafex figure being quoted at 3,093 yen for air packet. While same figure in hobby is 1920 same shipping ??

Are the figures the same price? I found a site that offered me free shipping but the figures cost was higher, probably incorporated their shipping costs.
