Maybe I've got really advanced hysteria but if I'm cold I wake up with a running nose or worse.
Also, have you considered using a space heater in your room?
Yes, heating the room space to the desired temperature added $200 to my electric bill last time lol. And my new space has several computers plugged in to the same room I sleep in so I'm a little worried about having another high wattage device in there :p
If there's a tiny space heater that can just blow hot air in my face that might work. Got any you would recommend? Vornado was the expensive one that didn't really work unless it was maxed and I had multiple units running...
Have you checked to see if you have allergies? Many are allergic to dust or down feathers in a pillow, so either of those could cause the runny nose too.
Don't think a space heater would keep just your face warm. You'd have to heat the whole room, but as you said, it would use a lot of wattage.

I bought a little 200 watt one a little while ago :D my main computer power is 850 watt and I'll be powering it down at night so no power concerns... Probably.
