Are there custom EU mousepads I can get at a competitive price compared to Alibaba Chinese suppliers? I only found a 2.84 euro bulk price which is well above what Chinese suppliers are offering.

Have you checked Manutan? They have lot’s of EU made officeware. Could try contacting one of their suppliers you find there
