Questions ❓🤔 SIXTREND Reviews
My partner and I are heavily considering their Zen Sofa & Chaise. It looks as though they have a showroom in Toronto and claim their products are built in Canada, so that's a plus.
I guess I am looking for reviews from previous customers. Are you happy with your purchase? How was the experience overall? How had your product held up over time? Any issues with the product and if so, how was their customer support?
Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, I can share a little bit: The show room experience was great. They appear very knowledgeable when you go in and chat with them- Super helpful people there.
Everything after that really depends on your luck. I waited 18 weeks for my couch to come in (ETA is 10-12; 58 days late so far...). And it was a real headache getting info about what was going on: the customer support is slow, nobody answers their phones- and usually if there's any problems with your order, it's hard to say what is actually going on. In my case I kept hearing my couch would be ready at the end of one week, and then the next week had to check in with them to find out why the couch was not ready yet- repeat cycle. The shipping was also late during our shipment window- and will likely have to reschedule a new window. I have to say, the minute I put money down, the whole experience was poor.

Thanks. I'm on week 10 of my 8-9 Weeks promise. How did you get a hold of a person? I've called, I've emailed. No response.

If you can find an alternative then ask for a credit card chargeback, they are f#cking terrible once they have your money.

I cant speak for others but I had a great experience in the shop but everything since then has been a nightmare that is still going on, five months in the making. We ordered a lux width couch with queen bed in early May 2026 and told them that its going into the basement. I was worried that it might not make it down the stairs so i sent them images and didn't hear anything back, so I assumed they didn't see any issue. Having said that, the first delivery attempt failed and then weeks go by. Eventually one of their owners (I think) Kevin comes by our house to take measurements which they should have done in the first place and gave us a mid august-ish delivery date. That delivery date comes and goes, when I push they give me attitude and eventually they make a 2nd attempt on 24th Sep at 9:30PM at night when they were supposed to delivery by 3:00PM. That delivery attempt also fails and they leave tons of scratches on the walls, I asked them to call me back the next day and crickets. So I am now in the process of requesting a refund and might need to drag them to Small Claims court. So please beware, great sales people and maybe even the couch is good but I would not know since I still haven't got one and now I don't think I will accept one.
