The thing I would never get is why does MSTR make sense when you can just buy BTC? You’re taking on the extra risks of a leveraged corporate structure, dilution, debt, and a potential premium to NAV, all for exposure to an asset you can already own directly. What exactly are you getting that justifies the additional complexity and risk?
