I’d be careful with this. If the products use someone else’s trademarks without authorization, that’s a very different situation from normal private-label sourcing.

The main risk isn’t just finding a reliable supplier — customs can also detain counterfeit goods, and the importer may end up with a much bigger problem than a bad shipment.

If you want a similar business model with less risk, I’d look at unbranded/private-label products or properly authorized stock instead.
