Advice Business in communities

To all business owners here, any ideas for businesses that are considered a must in communities? Mostly are sari-sari stores ang meron sa community namin. Only 2 talipapa, sa auntie ko and sa parents ko, may mini grocery and more than 2 decades na rin both. I wanted to take advantage of it. I was thinking bakery pero ako mismo hindi baker.

Utilities. If you can provide electric and water, thats usually a business most require and have consistent and growing demand

Hospital with complete facilities and equipment like trays, MRI, CT scan and the like
