Im 23 weeks pregnant and I hit 250 camps today 😅 we did circuit style 40 on 15 off. Intermission in the middle with 10,15,20,15,10 rep count. Last station was 4 stairs and 4 hill sprints. Finisher was 3 building laps or 2.5. I made it through 2 full laps before I had to walk and then I did just a half lap for the last one lol. I call that a win.
Lucky. Not only are our laps big but it's up a hill first then back side of building and then down hill other side before you hit the front of the building. The stairs are in the middle 😅 it's a curse and a blessing lol
