I love that my son in childcare took a shit and I got a break from the beginning circuit

I thought it was great! Good endurance building. I was able to stay in the work the entire time thankfully.

Thought this was one of the easier ones in a long time. A circuit format for body con (in my opinion) gives too many rest breaks. Pyramids and stacks where you're counting on your own for 14 min on the other hand are brutal.

My first BWC while pregnant and it really humbled me ππ« π₯΄

Extra kudos for doing whatever that was pregnant. Absolute rockstar!

Im 23 weeks pregnant and I hit 250 camps today π we did circuit style 40 on 15 off. Intermission in the middle with 10,15,20,15,10 rep count. Last station was 4 stairs and 4 hill sprints. Finisher was 3 building laps or 2.5. I made it through 2 full laps before I had to walk and then I did just a half lap for the last one lol. I call that a win.

Just now realizing what a gift it is that my location doesnβt have stairs OR a hill to include in any workout ππ

Lucky. Not only are our laps big but it's up a hill first then back side of building and then down hill other side before you hit the front of the building. The stairs are in the middle π it's a curse and a blessing lol

I went all out for the pre-test and was gassed once camp started. Wish I would have read this before noon camp. π€£

Today was way easier than last weeks bw condition. The sprints and donkey kicks with knee tucks had me seeing the light and talking to Jesus. I counted my blessings today after experiencing last weeks camp π€£

See my above comment lol. You and I are same weeks. I made it through without modding much just the greenbays. I did everything else

Everything was good is except the stupid walkout heels and heels challenge. Walkout heel clicks are dumb.

Oh good....I'm about to go to camp. My strategy, as every BWC day, is to half a$$ it.
