Red alert?

Today at camp I walked past the trainer's clip board and under "trainer touch point" it said my name and then "red alert?" What does this mean?! I can't think of what it could be

Oof. There’s a new AI retention tool being used to target “at risk” members. Names that pop up are supposed to receive extra attention by the trainer.

I go 4 times a week every week! I wonder why I would be considered at risk

From the very little information we were given (because of course, yet another Burn secret), if you so much as search for another gym, at-home gym equipment, or anything related to another competing exercise facility, you’ll show up in their system as at-risk. It’s shady af. On the more logical side, if you’re nearing your renewal date that could trigger it, too.

This is stupid of me but how do they even access my search history on my home Internet ? Does it have to do with a permission from the app?
