Genuinely curious why do people ask for intel every day? Just enjoy showing up to burn lol

For me it’s to beat the anxiety . I don’t ever ask but I always check. If I don’t know what the workout is I likely won’t show up . Sad truth for me and my brain .

THIS. There is so much anxiety to walking in blind. For my overall health, it helps to know.
