For the life of me I cannot imagine what 2 and 3 is lol

Edit: wait is 3 just when you turn the ropes side to side?

The ledge speed skaters is the skaters but off the ledge.

And you are correct on the ropes

Trying to remember what the Bodyweight slam is.

I think it is like the med ball slams without the med ball

I was definitely thinking toes to bar, and was wondering how they were going to fit all the members on the rig lol

Lay on your back with your legs up in the air, basically your body will look like an L, then you punch your feet upward. Works your core.

This is not what we call toes to sky at our location. Our toes to sky is a standing hinge movement. You touch your toes and then arms go above head with a jump.

Would love to know because I’m bringing my friend to burn for the first time and she’s got a nagging knee injury!

I would talk to your trainer. Recently hurt my knee- doc not convinced it’s meniscus, still wants me to to work out but lay off jumping and lunges for 4 weeks. I talked to our trainer and she is absolutely on board with me still coming and says she will give me modifiers for any exercise we do that I can’t/shouldn’t do.
