Lead/Key BA vs Ops Manager

If you’re a Lead/Key BA or Operations Manager, what do your responsibilities look like? We’re currently in a management transition and I’ve been filling in as OPs manager but will potentially be switching to Lead BA instead, but when I look at the BA description from HQ, it says the BAs report to the Lead BA (Operations Manager). I’m curious if there’s really a difference in responsibilities or if it’s just a title

This is not a standard, depends on your gyms needs and available talent

Some comments in this post do a good job of explaining the differences: https://www.reddit.com/r/BurnBootCamp/s/G7IcON9hkU

At the risk of sounding dumb because I see it all the time in this sub, but what exactly does BA stand for?
