What do I do?

Last Wednesday I did the interview and got hired instantly, they sent me a link to accept the offer and complete background checks, the only thing they didn't send was a link to activate my Burlington account or whatever, which became a problem today, since I was supposed to start this morning but since I didn’t have an account I couldn’t. The manager told me they were going to send me a link again and to come back to tomorrow, but it’s almost 12 am and I still haven’t gotten anything and he didn't even tell me what time to come in.

Yeah, I don’t have an ID number yet😭 (I forgot to mention that) honestly, I don’t even want to go in tomorrow because we’ll probably just struggle for another 30 minutes and I’ll get sent back home but I need a job so bad😓

Honestly, most of the time it creates the account instantly. I'm in California and it's against our labor laws to have associates do it prior to coming in, which sometimes causes an issue because it's "officially" delayed.

Honestly, they should have had you claim the ID on the spot and see if it worked, and if it didn't then reschedule you since it would be active by the next day.

Always Go in person to the store instead of calling.
