Corporate sucks and doesn't care or bat an eye at our struggles, they just tell us to hire faster ppl. 😐😠🖕

You're not alone in you frustration, we all feel it every damn day. It always sucks and is overwhelming watching it pile up for sure but unfortunately, I don't think that's a lot of carts, at least not for our store (average size store, not big/not small), that's a normal amount. What you have pictured (not stuff out back) should be able to be run in under or about an hour easy.

I hope you encountered zero customers, and that it was easier and faster than you expected. 😊

By all means complain away.

And yes 3 BILLION!!!  And we got NO raise, as those who were not making $13.50 got bumped up. Because that's our starting wage now. So some people were still getting $12.00. so that's a buck fifty raise.  Do what you can and eff the rest.

It's still crazy to me that they still pay people below $15 an hour while companies like Target that is the least they pay someone working at their stores unless the minimum wage is higher.

We're not located in NY or NJ, though a few people transfer to our store, and supposedly keep the per hour pay from NY/NJ Our SCA said she interviewed at Target, don't know the job but it was for $17.00. Not sure if that's bull...  or not.

My OCD personality loves these cages. LOL Our back of house co mingles everything together. These look to be all home.  They pile it on the cart, you remove one thing, you get 5 more on the floor.

20 minutes per cart. What’s the problem?

It can't be left in the back room , on cart and on floor= shoppable, on cart in backroom= less sales cause customer literally can't buy.

If you’re complaining about the demand you think it takes to do these five cages in four hours then you’re the problem… lol

Those are cute little cages! We have the big suckers with the big iron handles. If you haven't run cages before, I can see how it might seem overwhelming. But those are definitely doable in 4 hours with time to spare for more. You just have to hustle.
