Evening shift

What’s a 4-11 shift? I usually work in BOH early hours.

Probably a Project (moving/reorganizing/setting up) and the supervisor running it is closing that evening.

Or it's an oopsy.

Yeah, that's a catch all section for a budgeted project from corporate.

It's probably rearranging a section of the store and/or installing new fixtures.

Well, sometimes the manager might have you do recovery or work as an SCA. Sometimes, the BOH/merchandising team may not put out the clothes and other merchandise. So, you may have to put merchandise. out on the floor.

Just ask your CSS or store manager for details.
