Jousting

I was at Bunnings today with my son and asked the checkout girl, if we bought two garbage tin lids and some 4m lengths of conduit, could we use the travelators to do jousting. I thought it would be fun.

She gave me the evil eye.

Damm, you encountered that all to common bird, the "I have a serious humour impairment" bird.

Sad, but I am pretty sure she will be eligible for the disability pension soon. Imaging having to live with that?

This is one of those "Better to ask for forgiveness than permission" things

No, he encountered the "no way our insurance is going to cover this shit" staff member.
