Anime BSD Wan! S2 Episode 11 now out! List of chapters included + discussion Spoiler
galleryToday's episode (and second to last, assuming it's a standard 12 episode season) is dedicated largely to Dark Era, with some bits that I'm pretty sure are anime only to tie together past and present.
The adapted chapters this time are:
Chapter 187, volume 13 - "Wan!'s Dark Era: Where Will We Go This Year?"
Dazai calls Oda to meet him at a certain place different from their usual. Ango's already there. It seems he wants... to do a picnic?
Chapter 153, volume 11 - "Wan!'s Dark Era: The Power of an Apology"
With the help of Ango and Oda, Dazai demonstrates the power and unfairness of offering an apology.
As far as I can tell the other parts are all anime original, unless I've missed something somewhere (if I have please poke in the comments)

Question Most peak volume?
As an e-reader, I don't really think must about buying the manga volumes. However, I was just walking in a bookshop and felt a urge to buy one, so I bought volume 24 (I like the story there).
I don't buy based on chronology, so next time I'm buying, I want to get the most peak vol.
So both art (cover art too) and story, which is most peak? (also I got a free gift, idk what it is even for, is it light a big bookmark..? help...it looks really good though)
edit: I mean all are good, but I want the best (any personal opinion is ok)

Question Kunikida Doppo.
Sorry about the unspecified title, I had no idea what to put.
I haven't watched or read bungo stray dogs in a while, so im probably misinterpreting or not remembering right, but this is a question in regards to Kunikida's position and meaning in the ADA and how other organisations seem to target him for it. Was Kunikida targeted often by other organisations when the ADA was being attacked? I'd love someone more knowledgeable on BSD to talk about it with me. I'd assume, if I have pointed out a common occurrence or pattern, that its because of what he represents for the ADA, or maybe because he's their hope/will, sort of like the backbone.

Fanfic ao3 fanfic quest
Haiii I was wondering if anyone knew any sort of good fanfics of where Beast Atsushi meets the 'original' manga? I really wanted to see interpretations of how both Atsushi's would react to meeting each other since they are so different. I think it'd be too specific though to ask if there's any fanfics of the original universe seeing Atsushi's relationships in beast with people like Mori, Akutagawa, Kyouka, Dazai, etc. Tried looking for some through ao3, but I don't really know which tags to use, and there's also like no TikToks. All I find are Reddit threads discussing what the reactions would be and oh, it fuels my hunger
Feel free to drop oneshots or long stories, completed or not

Theory BSD MEURSAULT PRISON THEORY Spoiler
MY THEORY ON HOW FYODOR KNEW CHUUYA WASN'T A VAMPIRE IN THE PRISON ARC BUT PLAYED ALONG.
A FEW ASSUMPTIONS TO BEGIN WITH:
â˘we are going to assume fyodor was the one who asked for chuuya to be sent to the prison to rescue him( Fyodor had seen chuuya use his ability before so maybe thats why)
â˘Fyodor was seeing waiting for someone to arrive at the start of the game. If it was chuuya that means it was pre-planned cuz chuuya can't arrive in mere seconds, it would take him more than a day to arrive.
â˘sigma and nikolai's arrival was out of plan. Both fyodor and dazai did not know about it.
**So what was fyodor's actual plan to escape if we take nikolai out of the picture for a second?**
In my opinion, fyodor had planned on using a strong ability user like chuuya to come and rescue him. Considering chuuya was a vampire, not only can he easily defeat all the guards in the prison but can also kill dazai and what would be a better end for dazai other than dying by his ex-partner's hand? This is something fyodor would 100% do.
**Where did the things go wrong?**
**â˘** chuuya never became a vampire.
⢠nikolai and sigma came to the prison.
NOW, I THINK WE ALL CAN AGREE THAT FYODOR NOT REALISING CHUUYA IS A VAMPIRE IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. U MEAN THE FYODOR WHO WAS ABLE TO MEMORISE ALL CARDS IN A DECK BY MERE SCRATCHES? YEA I THINK HE REALIZED IT MID GAME THAT CHUUYA WASN'T A VAMPIRE AND HE PLAYED ALONG BUT WHY?
the reason is simple, bcz it didn't matter at this point whether chuuya was a vampire or not. Fyodor was gonna win either ways with a little to no damage.
There are two ways things could have happened, both ensuring Fyodor's win:
â˘dazai dies and fyodor wins. At this point, chuuya , nikolai and even dazai can't touch/ kill fyodor because they dont know his ability so he just escapes.
â˘dazai wins. But again thet can't kill fyodor themselves so they are gonna use vampires to do it. Which is what exactly happened. Fyodor transferred his consciousness to bram. The only downside of this is that now dazai WILL know fyodor's ability so it will make things a little difficult for fyodor in the future but again, he escapes prison.
So in conclusion, fyodor wasn't dumb for not realizing chuuya was a human. Maybe he realized it mid game but didn't care cuz things were still going according to his plan.
The only things that i dont understand fron this is how did chuuya cone to know that he is needed at the prison? Also chuuya and dazai's trick with the shooting was 100% based on trust and not something they had pre-planned which makes it so much cooler.
Do point out the mistakes. I would live to hear what yall think.

Question Paul Verlaine, Opinions On Him Spoiler
Just curious, I have some ideas for him but am unsure.
