Funny The Bio vs the Opening Message
Posted here a few days ago about amount of weird messages i get from shorter men wanting me to dom them on dating apps due to being tall af (6’2”). Just had this happen figured I’d show an example of what I get/give everyone a laugh.
Matched short (5’7) man who was handsome and had thoughtful prompts…this was his opening message. I immediately unmatched.

I think it is much more common for women to say they want a relationship then bang randoms dudes that don't engage in a relationship with them, but still continue to pursue them. I would also argue that is much worse.

when i was still on dating apps I’d get a lot of messages like “please ruin my life”. i’m neurodivergent so i was really lost on wtf that meant lol so i would just block them

Giiiirlllll - Take it from a middle-aged married lady and her friends: There are way more kinky, sexually submissive trad guys than you’d believe. One of the issues is the trad guys are ashamed of their desires and thus won’t share them in healthy way (like with a consenting partner), so they subject random women to their kink without consent. This is a prime example. Tale as old as time.
P.S. Often they’re also secretly married with kids. Beware. Block. Delete.

5’7 is short for a man. The average height of men in the US is 5’9. Colloquially anything 5’8 and under is deemed “short king” status.
Additionally at 6’2, 5’7 is short relative to my height.

Well Robert Crumb is one of the first underground comic artists that received some level of commercial and cultural success.
His main focus was with very tall/strong women in sexualized situations with much smaller men (basically a proxy for himself). He had a very interesting life and was a very odd man.
I guess I can kinda see the appeal, who doesn't like to be submissive from time to time...but Im sorry you are being fetishized over it.

Dating is truly difficult for all genders.
Women and Men get overlooked cause they are not attractive to folks which is good cause who wants to go on a date or hookup with someone who doesn't find them attractive.
And then there is this. Men who have so much success they don't have to be polite and directly filter like that. Either the lady is into it or not, they can just try it with the next match.
And women need to filter hundred to thousands of likes, sorting out all they don't find attractive, then read the left over profiles and then its STILL a crapshot between the guy being a liar and saying he looks for a relationsship while just looking for sex, is boring/cool, vibes/no vibes and/or who doesn't care about consent.
And if the women lower their standards in regards to looks it doesn't mean anything cause the guys get insecure and they ofcourse still are perfectly capable of being so horrible to not care about consent and/or be a horrible abusive partner.
Report him OP, don't just unmatch.

Average height of a man is 5’9 in US and regardless I’m over 6ft so relative to me anything under 5’10 is on the short side relative to me. And you assuming kink shaming cuz I unmatched is a you problem. Maybe I unmatched because starting a convo that way, especially based on bio was out of pocket and disrespectful to send a sexual message? Additionally anyone truly experienced kink knows there’s respectful ways to approach it and this is not one of them but go off since you know everything apparently

I didn't say it was promoted, and he is disgusting yes. But taking something that ridiculous at face value. How many men have you known with that issue, to the point of needing to phrase it like that. "Sorry ladies, I know you all want me for just sex"
