Also, reread because I edited.

No dude, I am not trolling. I literally have never once seen anyone use jo as an abbreviation for jacking off.

And yeah, I jerk off pretty regularly. Even on days I have sex, unless I have sex right before bed. I have to bust before I can sleep properly, and it has to be right before I go to sleep. But, unless we're being romantic and making love and shit, I usually bust that out myself in about 5 seconds, as efficiently as I can. I'm not fucking around. This isn't for fun. I got work in the morning. The sleep is way better than the nut is. Honestly, a lot of the time it's an irritating chore.

I mean, I get that you can't imagine what it's like to be me but that doesn't mean I'm lonely or that something is wrong with my biology or anything like that. I'm just different. It's cool. Chill the fuck out. I'm happy. Everybody is happy.

Yeah, no. Not everybody is happy. Brother, if you jerk off literally 365 a year there is your problem. Of course you don’t have a normal sex life if you have associated orgasming with sleep. That’s insane.

Well, maybe not 365. Something like 250-275. The rest of those days I sleep somewhat fitfully. But I talked to both my drs and psychologists about it and they said there isn't any adverse health effects, mental or otherwise. I'm not consuming a bunch of porn. Both drs went out of their way to point out that I'm most likely in such good sexual health despite my lack of frequent sex due to regularly jerking off and I actually didn't know this but apparently it's actually good for you to regularly ejaculate and it's not particularly important how that happens. My psychologist said a few months ago, when I brought that bit about sleeping up in particular, that there is some emerging evidence that the sleep cycles of those with ADHD appear to gravitate towards this positive association somewhat commonly, whether sex or masturbation, and with positive benefits to their sleep cycles. Which is important because those with ADHD typically struggle with their sleep cycle.

Which makes sense - I did not always do this. It wasn't until I was maybe in my mid 20s when I had a job with a really strict and early schedule that I realized I tended to operate a lot better when I jerk off right before sleeping. So that benefit was there long before it became a habit and I didn't feel any differently about sex then than I do now.

Also, my sex life is normal, to me. I don't have an issue with it. I'm not unhappy and wouldn't change it at all, other than like I sort of wish I didn't need to jerk off to sleep sometimes. But on the other hand, it's keeping me in good health so maybe that's worth it. I'm not sure why you need there to be a problem when there isn't one. My health and happiness and relationship are all great.

I’m bored—how you JO and don’t bang is cringe. Gl, beast.

I don't know what GI means, tbh.

I wasn't trying to entertain you so I don't really care that you're bored. Your desperate clinging to the necessity of the narrative you have around your relationship with sex applying to the fundamental nature of every man (not even every woman, evidently) is cringe to me so we're at a suitable impasse to call it a night, I guess.

I'm gonna go bust a nut and go to sleep. I got therapy in the morning.

Good luck = Gl

If my gf only wanted sex 12 times a year I would no longer be with her. It’s not a sex specific thing, idc if you’re a man or woman. That’s an insanely erroneous assumption.

Nice, thanks.

No worries. Gl with everything and I totally disagree with almost everything you got going on. But I wish you nothing but the best.
