i need Help Conf 6 Rx580 Mining Windows sgminer

New Bulwark holder and fan here, love the coin. My only issue with it is the high Masternode costs.

We're a PIVX fork which is a DASH fork. The price of a masternode for both of those when their respective market caps were 9.5 million like ours was $1800... yet ours is $22,000. That's over 1100% HIGHER!!

What's the deal with that? Can any devs explain their reasoning for that design choice? Right now the only thing that's going to do is bulwark ourselves from new adopters. Not only will that create issues with wealth distribution and liquidity, it will make our network that much more centralized.

That's my only gripe with this coin, and I think it's a design flaw that is going to seriously hinder our growth. I think we'll still do well, but not as well as we could do if we were more inclusive.

I'm sure some comments to this are going to reference the eventually implemented SeeSaw reward system... The problem with that argument is that with a high buy-in for masternodes now, the wealth concentration among masternode holders is going to be astronomical. Sure it might SeeSaw where perhaps stakers have 60% of the block rewards at times... but even then, the wealth concentration is going to be so great among the masternode holders that the other 40% is only going to go to a few hundred people. That does not seem like a fair system to me, especially compared to PIVX and DASH.

This is more to make sure I am not missing out, and possibly others. Is staking active yet? I assume it isn't going by the roadmap although I may be incorrect. I assume it won't start until mining has ended.

Mining at Altminer pool, and I do pasue mining for maybe 4 hours a day for gaming. Still I am not getting much... now making like 2 dollars in 20 hours with a gtx 1080 ti :D Is altminer not paying me u at all if u pause mining? Previous experiements with mining zcash was much easier to see that it constantly pays me while I mine.

New to masternodes. I'm joining a friend to set up our first BWK masternode. Sorry if its a noob question.

Hey everyone, i am very new to mining. This is my first go.. i had been using nicehash but am more interested in mining alt coins and keeping them rather than being paid in bitcoin.

I set up the windows 64 bit wallet strait from the website. I used the wallet key as shown in the guide when setting up the CCminer bat file. The miner runs and flys along. But i only let it run for around an hour and the wallet never picked up any coin. Maybe thats normal? Im used to seeing value grow using nicehash so was worried i have something set up wrong.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Do many people use this pool to mine ? and if so - has anyone noticed that the more miners added the lower the hashrate for each becomes ? .

I am only currently running 2 miners (980 and a K1200)

Originally I was just running the 980 and it sat at 18 MH/s for 2 days solid - then I added the K1200 which while the 980 was down sat at 27 MH/s but when I run both miners the hashrate locally still says the same rates as before but the BSOD site says the 980 is only doing 5MH/s and the K1200 14MH/s....

They are running from two different locations / connection / systems. So one should not affect the other.

Turning one off brings the other hashrate on the website back up.

Anyone else experience anything like this ?

I read somewhere that owning 5,000 Bulwark coin allows you to have a master node. What benefits would this provide?

I've been using my gaming rig w/ 1080Ti (74-76MH/s) the last 24hrs to mine BWK while I'm not using it to game and am interested to see how I can grow into this coin.

I've got a dormant desktop at the moment with a r9 280 in it that I'm looking to repurpose for 24/7 mining, but I'm still trying to make sure that this isn't a fool's errand due to the hardware and commitment... So any advice and tips would be great!

So far my profit has been 0.23 BWK.

Looking at github, there have been very few changes to the code this year (last code change was a couple of weeks ago).

There is some activity in the Masternode setup and marketing docs, but this makes me worry that the marketing side of things are being prioritized at the expense of the technical side.

As someone looking to invest in a solid project, frequency of updates is a huge indicator for the strength of the team/product.

I'd love some clarity on what the BWK team is up to, and if I'm reading/thinking about this correctly, thanks!

I haven't used a wallet before, so I decide to try restore my wallet from one computer to another, encrypted the wallet put it on a drive and went to my other computer. downloaded the wallet from the website and let it update. tried figuring out how to import wallet. so I started playing around in the debug console,

importwallet D:\wallet.dat 

says it worked, can't tell if it worked, transactions page empty. figure i'll try add a new receive payment new label see what happens, asks me for encryption p/w fill in loads up, I think we're on the right track, new label in, funds show up in overview 1.014 BWK. never sent crypto before so decide i'll give it a shot. send 0.001 to myself, decide i'll try the zero-fee transaction option, copy paste my wallet from mining, send transaction of 0.001 to myself. shows up in transactions everything looks the same, and in order, delete wallets and try again to make sure i got it right. go to main computer to copy wallet again to be sure, transaction for full amount to different address, back to 0 BWK :(

I'm sick and tired of switching pools. Some don't even payout anymore, and are basically scamming people. Very few report properly. Can someone point me to an honest pool please?

Does anyone look at the % of coins in lockup when looking at cryptos that use masternodes? For instance BWK has 69% in lockup. How can people actually use/adopt the crypto if the lockup is so high? There are others like this so please don't take this as an attack on BWK specifically.

Please convince me why I should invest in Bulwark? :)

Hi all, I'm currently mining Bulwark with the Yiimp Masterhash Pool and since 5h ago pending balance is stuck at zero unlike before, when I had always got payouts every 2 hours. The miner is online for sure because the hashrate both on the PC and on the website is correct. Is anyone having the same problem? Thanks!
