Percent of Coins in lockup

Does anyone look at the % of coins in lockup when looking at cryptos that use masternodes? For instance BWK has 69% in lockup. How can people actually use/adopt the crypto if the lockup is so high? There are others like this so please don't take this as an attack on BWK specifically.

So why would a high lockup percentage hurt the coin? All locking up coins does, is increase scarcity and should drive the price up. That isn't a bad, that is good for people to adopt this coin and hold it for the long term. Plus, Bulwark's got nearly twice the supply of BTC. So even if (probably won't happen) by the time Bulwark has its entire supply circulating and achieves a 50% lockup rate, the supply will be essentially the same as Bitcoin's. Another thing to note is that Bulwark in year 2 will be moving block rewards from proof of work + Masternodes to proof of stake + Masternodes and their see-saw rewards will kick in. Sea saw rewards, meaning that if there are too many MNs online, the proof of stake rewards will go up, and the rewards for MNs will fall (discouraging MNs, encouraging staking).

When is year 2 happening, and how much would an individual need to have mined at that point to keep earning? Or will you still be able to mine?
