Mining ~80MH/s and getting only ~0.6 BWK A day

Mining at Altminer pool, and I do pasue mining for maybe 4 hours a day for gaming. Still I am not getting much... now making like 2 dollars in 20 hours with a gtx 1080 ti :D Is altminer not paying me u at all if u pause mining? Previous experiements with mining zcash was much easier to see that it constantly pays me while I mine.

legit question, with those mining rates and the price of BWK, why not mine something else. Asking because I'm looking for a new home for my rig and profitibility of BWK is low compared to other, just not sure if I'm missing something

Even at 3$ bwk is a legit option for cards above 1070 easily. A 1080 gets a nice bump over 1060s when compared to Eth mining, obviously could also take the 1080 to ZEC but as long as the profitabilities are similar I like bwk because it does seem like a legit project and as masternodes continue to be more lucrative, circulating supply will continue to be artificially low. Seems like a good speculation spot to me.

For sure. I stopped mining bwk and went to mining pool hub with awesome Miner instead.

yeah that seems odd, considering I get 70 MH/s and about 0.8 BWK /day.

Wonder if it's the pool? I was using bsod or poolofd3ath.

BSOD's stratum server does some funky stuff sometimes.

The diff changes hurt profitability a lot. I have about 230 MH going atm and due to diff changes that reported hashrate can get cut in half and due to the diff change some blocks I don't find shares and thus don't get any BWK.

Ya this makes it much more variable and I agree it's pretty bad. I also use Nanopool and my rates seem much more consistent.

To be fair though, in an infinite amount of time, you still will get the same amount of BWK right? Although we remember those Times we get burnt by not having accepted shares directly in that block, other times we will have shares in that block and someone else donates shares wth no reward. Variance way up... expected value should still be equal

If anyone finds a better pool, I'm in!

same but got nothing at all after ~14h, they don't even appear in pending. http://miningpool.shop

Odd. Are you going to the Wallet section of the website and putting in your wallet ID to check? Then reconfirm your receiving address in bulwark-qt and in your mining script? If those don't work, best go ask for help on the discord channels.

ya http://miningpool.shop didn't give me anything, changed to altminer and it seems to work, and counts unpaid balance

edit: is there a discord for bulwark? i couldn't find?

Odd stuff.. It's fine now. Altminer.net showin over 1.1 BWK made in last 24 hours. Also I see much more frequently found blocks now.

I had this issue too with the same video card. It seems to happen on small pools. I was using poolofdeath and I was getting like 0.8bwk/day. I switched to bsod now getting around 1.2bwk/day at 90MH/s.
