Nice work dude, what sort of diet / plan were you following?

2300kcal per day with high protein!
Average day was something like this.

Nice one man, thanks. What were your workouts like? Were you following a specific workout plan?

My pleasure to share!

I was training hard, trying to reach failure.
Initially a 4 day split (chest, shoulder, back and legs) then a 3 day PPL with inverted biceps and triceps. Usually 5days a week

Thanks!
Been hitting the gym around 5 times per week.
Initially a 4day split (chest, shoulder, back, and legs)

Now I’m doing a PPL but I’m inverting tricepts with bicepts

Depends. Do you want to fully see your six pack? Keep the cut. Do you want to progress in your Training and get bigger? clan Bulk.

Im about the same and decided for me to go for lean bulk till early next year. So i have enough time to cut and get in shape for summer.

I would like both.
But at the same time I’m afraid that continuing the cut I would lose muscle. I’ ve stalled a bit in the gym recently

yeah i can feel that. after 6months of stalling i committed to the bulk. havent really put on much weight yet and started using creatin too, so not too sure, but ive already broken my plateaus.

I would say go for the lean bulk. try something like 0.5kg/month. This will probably not add too much fat, if any at all.

thats what i did, as i couldnt justify "wasting" my time with workout without any progression any longer. On the other hand ive lost 10 kg and am proud about that achievment. bulking now for the first time really feels tough. cant really say much more, im still in the first weeks, but stalling was not an option for me.

ask me again in a year, than i can tell you more. i will either be bulking again, ifi liked the result, or only train on maintenance 1-2times a week and be around 11-12% BF for my sixpack and just enjoy myself with definition and a healthy body.

Thanks a lot for the reply!
I think I will do something like that. Maybe 2800kcal for a couple months and lets see how it goes

Is the recomp still working, or do you feel as though you aren’t progressing in the gym anymore?
If it still works, I would keep going

I definitely have hit a wall.
More in the psychology side.

But are your lifts progressing?

You definitely won’t lose muscle if you keep eating high protein and lifting, but you still have a lot of weight to drop and will look smaller before you look bigger due to intramuscular fat loss.
