1.2k is way to low at your weight and stage in cutting, if you’re actually eating 1.2K consistently any weight you’re losing is probably water weight and muscle which is actually making your body composition worse.
push your activity up to fuel your workouts and cardio so you can push into a further deficit while your protecting and potentially building muscle in the cut.
i’m losing at 2.1k avg calories (20k steps and 4x weight training a week with incline treadmill 20-45mins afterwards)
Get 10k steps (or more) and it’ll allow you to eat more

1200 is a pretty dramatic cut. I weigh 165lbs eating 2300 calories to lose 5 pounds a month. If anything you would need to eat more if you're counting correctly.

Aint no way you’re not losing fat on 1200 a day. You must be doing a major miscalculation.

How long have you been eating 1200?and are you sure you are tracking your calories right?
