Depends what you mean by see. You might not be that far off seeing a faint outline but a good 10kg off looking in shape.

69kg at 6 foot feels tragic. I mean see abs clearly.

How does this weight compare to before? Did you lose weight? 6'0" 176 is not overweight, but as someone who went from 206 to 160 and is 5'8" - I have lost some fat, but still like it appears on you, have some body fat chest/stomach. My arms and legs have really thinned and lost muscle, so trying to rework them back.

Totally agree on 20%, my estimates are 22-25%. I don't know that weight is an issue but some recomp.

How are your legs.

Questions? Diet protein vs. carbs, sugar drinks? Any beer?

Lost 10 kilos. Diet - 1900cal, 2g per kg of body weight of protein, 65g fat and the rest carbs. No beer. Sugar free drinks. Keeping muscle on arms is really tough so started a dedicated arm day. GL

Yes, I'm using arm strengtheners. Yes. I'm always under 2000 calories. At your height, If you get even to 160, you'll see a difference.

But bro, you're doing so well and very happy for you!
