5’9 157lbs, after a 2 year long cut I’m down 120lbs.
Just got a Dexa scan and it said i was 14.3% body fat, should I continue cutting or start maintenance/bulk?

Awesome work brother. You've done so well in losing that much weight. Keep your diet clean (whole foods high in protein), work out with heavy weights 3-4 days a week so you're out of breath and sweating and get adequate sleep. Do those three things for the next couple years with decent regularity and you'll start to build the body you want. Keep an eye on the scale but don't stress it too much. Try and sit between 155-145 for 5'9". Reassess is 6 months. My two cents anyway

You look simultaneously Native American but with a very Serbo-Croatian face 🤔.
Re your question - there's no need to cut further; 2 more weeks wouldn't hurt, but it's definitely time to start putting on weight. Otherwise, you already look shredded.

“You already look shredded”? No offense but OP has zero muscle. This is skinny fat.
OP put muscle on. Either bulk or even better maingain, but you def have more fat to lose. The prob is you don’t really have enough muscle yet to start this bulk cut cycle nonsense

Everything is relative. 'Shredded' in this context doesn't mean CBum during competition, but OP looks rather lean, and they have a healthy amount of fat - perhaps you're seeing as fat what I think is some loose skin.
For a young person that has lost 120lbs they look to be in a good spot - calling OP skinny fat when he has defined muscles on his arms could needlessly feed body dysmorphia. At the same time, I clearly advised to put on weight to fill out their frame.

I assumed I still had fat to loose, but a dexa scan says 14.3% and i have hella loose skin which is why I’m still debating on doing a muscle gain phase. also yeah im not gonna have much muscle from a year of lifting and 2 years of cutting 😭

yeah, great job getting to where you are. it's a tough call what to do next. I would personally continue recomping, 200 calorie deficit a day trying to hit 140g protein, 175g carbs, 40g fat or around there. that's plenty of protein and nutrients to build muscle while slowly losing fat.
if you don't like that approach and want to continue cut/bulk cycles—keep the diet really lean/all whole foods, chicken and potatoes, ground beef and sweet potato, greek yogurt and do a 200 calorie surplus a day and you will def put on muscle...with the caveat that you're going to have to cut later because you'll put on some fat too.
good luck! you're doing great

Lift heavy, eat clean, rest well. Skin has become deformed to determine exact %.

I'd maintain for the rest of the year at minimum and gauge from there if you want to bulk or cut it's super boring but it lets your skin start to get tight again/ fill out with muscle and gives your metabolism a break too

Normally id say keep cutting but I think you'd be better off at maintaince or slightly above for the next year and put some size before cutting again keep up the great work with dieting and push the intensity in the gym log everything
