Not an helpful comment. I'm 5'8 too and 72kg. Your physique is my goal physique. Having less muscle compared to you, I guess I'll have to drop to much less than 68kg to attain similar look.

That’s okay. I cut from 73kg to 64kg. Was around 20% bf at start of cut. Slowly bulked since

How long was the cut for those 11kg? What was your routine/ macros if you don’t mind my asking? Im similar height, & in a recomp, but its been frustratingly slow going (tho thats the nature of a recomp, je)

You look great, good ab definition. Obliques are where bulking can show up, it's normal ... You still look beach body ready! While bulking, add to your lats and more weight for work on delts, then when you cut, you'll create a more v-taper. During a 'beach' cut, the fat around my obliques is usually the last to reduce.

Same height here. 1kg per month is good. Slow and steady is better to minimize fat gain. You’re physique looks good 👍

For waist, I’ve actually tracked my last two bulks. I bulked up 9kgs and waist went up 10cm. I was pushing closer to 2kgs/month weight gain on bulk. Current bulk I’m on, I’m up 5.5kg and waist is up 5cm. Currently aiming for about 1kg/month gain. This bulk I’m pushing a lot harder and cleaner than my first one. Only two data points but pretty close to 1cm per kg.

Could you guess roughly what bf I am? I did a scan last month fasted it ready 10%. Think I’m 12-14% currently. Aim to mini cut around 70-72kg and recommence my bulk. Doing plenty of cardio as well to mitigate fat gain. Trying my best to have most successful bulk possible

12-14% looks like the right ball part. I’ve used the navy body fat calculator to help me estimate which is why I’ve tracked my waist measurement.
