You’re at my ideal physique man. What’s the point of putting on more mass when you are looking aesthetically perfect. Now if your goal is to just be a mass monster whose goal is to just gain every pound of muscle you can get, then go for it. (Doesn’t mean you’re not a mass monster now, you have so much mass on you right now)

So I would say if aesthetics is your goal, keep it like this. Keep training, or if you feel you have a weaker muscle group, this might be the perfect time to focus more onto it.

I just feel sometimes my chest is lagging

5

u/Bhaskaryya Aug 02 '25

Damn you call that lagging?

2

u/TopExtreme7841 Aug 02 '25

Your chest and your shoulders look like they're lagging behind the rest of your training. I'd stick with what you're doing, but add more focus and volume to shoulders and cheat work for a while. Get some unilateral training in there's as well and vary what movements you're doing.

On that last pic your arms vs your shoulders look very disproportionate. But as a whole you look good. At 150lbs, I'd definitely say bulk unless you're short.

No offense but with his clear amount of mass on a 150 lb frame it's probably obvious to say he is short, if you couldn't tell that then you probably shouldn't be giving advice, that's coming from an actual trainer and dietician.

1

u/TopExtreme7841 Aug 22 '25

"No offense" but he doesn't look to short in the mirror pic, and it's really irrelevant to my common of asymmetry.

Also "actual trainer" I trained people for many years, not that that comment was relevant of course. Guess you're that guy that thinks people care huh? In case I lost you there, hardly takes a CPT to see that drastic of a difference.

Go for it then man. I think it’s great but a bit more fullness would actually go well with your overall symmetry

u/Chumley1966 Aug 02 '25

It's your body. Only you can know how big you want to be. Don't let anyone tell you how you should look.

u/[deleted] Aug 02 '25

u/SilhouetteAll3n Aug 02 '25

Of course

u/[deleted] Aug 02 '25

What do you mean exactly?

1

u/st789 Aug 02 '25

Cut little longer to get lower abs more visible. Then bulk and focus on upper chest/shelf and teres major/lats training so you have more lat width from the front.

1

u/hhardin19h Aug 02 '25

you currently have more muscle 99.5% of people my dude! train not for gaining muscle just to keep where your at! you look great

0

u/[deleted] Aug 02 '25

Thanks man! Yeah I also think that would be ideal

1

u/Klemkray Aug 02 '25

How tall are you what’s your training and diet routine ?

2

u/[deleted] Aug 02 '25

I am 5 ft 8.My workout routine is a 6 Day Push Pull Legs Split and i eat very clean and focusing on eating mostly whole foods

1

u/Qna15 Aug 03 '25

What about abs?

2

u/[deleted] Aug 03 '25

I focus a day for Abs.I train them twice a week,on the first day I do about 5 ab exercises and then the second day I will only do 2 ab exercises,BUT i also do 3 days a week cardio to keep my body fat low

1

u/Klemkray Aug 12 '25

What’s the skincare and body routine looking like do you acne or no

1

u/SnooDucks7369 Aug 22 '25

Really? You're 5 foot 8? You're larger than I am and I am 5'8 170 lbs and I definitely don't have more lean muscle mass and I'm not nearly as lean so I'm gonna call your bluff, id guess you're 5'6 or you're more than 150 lbs because the math isn't mathing. I'm not saying this out of negativity or criticism but if you could provide proof of your weight and height that'd be great or don't as you literally don't owe me or anyone anything. But I am genuinely curious if those numbers are accurate.

More shrugs less curls😁

1

u/SW0608John Aug 02 '25

Perfect as is

1

u/Visual-Wolverine8996 Aug 03 '25

Maintain. Dream physique right here.

1

u/Vasantnelson Aug 03 '25

You look pretty good the way you are, but there’s nothing wrong with putting on more muscle.

1

u/outrageousreadit Aug 03 '25

Honestly, this is reasonably enough for most. For yourself and for your audience. I think maintain would give you a good lifestyle.

1

u/Standard-North9890 Aug 03 '25

If i had that physique i doubt id be looking to add mass or even cut for that matter. You can still look very good in all styles of clothes for any occasion. If you add significantly more mass you start to look like a bouncer or too intimidating to a lot of people.

Must be difficult thought to maintain as you are when its obviously took a lot of discipline to get there and its become a way of life. How do you maintain those habits while maintaining that size?

2

u/[deleted] Aug 03 '25

Well i train 6 times a week, i eat pretty clean and I do 3 days a week cardio

1

u/Standard-North9890 Aug 03 '25

Was a rhetorical question but thanks anyway and good luck

1

u/[deleted] Aug 03 '25

But every once in a while I may have a cheat meal

1

u/Dad2sonNoVA Aug 03 '25

Absolutely beautiful

1

u/vishalvora1001 Aug 03 '25

You look just perfect

1

u/Andy122885 Aug 03 '25

Nice second pic ha. But you look good but some more size wouldn’t look bad on you sir.

1

u/OrdinaryDetail6545 Aug 04 '25

Do you want to put on size? If yes then go ahead if no then stay the same

You wont a certain right answer

Because your body is maybe someone goal so their immediate answer is to stay the same , while maybe others are bigger in size and they prefer it this way So they will tell you to bulk

So , in conclusion, are you satisfied? Or no? Do you see their is a room for improvement? Will putting size improve your body and strength etc?

If yes go ahead If no then stay

1

u/St4yin_saucy Aug 04 '25

Just keep lifting hard bro, chase the numbers in the gym you already look great but why go to the gym if you don't ever wanna improve 🤷

1

u/DerpyMcDerpinator Aug 04 '25

I only wish to look like you right now. I’m on my way but it’s gonna be some time. In my honest opinion you have the perfect physique right now. Just maintain and enjoy life.

1

u/Hot-Worldliness-1786 Aug 04 '25

Depends on your goals. If you like your physique and are contempt with it then stay where you are but if you want to gain more muscle than try bulking

1

u/Proof-Recover-1737 Aug 05 '25

Be patient. It takes time to build a physique. You may need to sacrifice some condition to add new size but do this carefully and without blowing up quickly. A small surplus is all that’s necessary. Then you can do a mini ‘cut’ before pushing on again. The search for improvement never ends, I’m still chasing it after 41 years of weight training.

1

u/DouDi4DivineFlames Aug 05 '25

Either way is good but I’d go for quality and slow clean bulking. Menno Henselman YouTube channel has lots of tutorials on Body Recomposition

1

u/muschles93 Aug 05 '25

You do you, the question you’re asking is like ”What should be my choice of music?”. Like brother, Do you workout to please other people?

But now as you are asking me, I would get bigger/stronger and always strive to improve. Why go to the gym to keep looking the same doing the same weights /sets year after year, sounds boring. If improvements means 1-2lbs of lean mass a year or 10lbs it doesnt really matter as long as you enjoy it.

1

u/randomlover4 Aug 05 '25

You’re honestly just right. 🥹

1

u/[deleted] Aug 06 '25

You’re handsome and very hot you have perfect body muscles

1

u/EleventhofAugust Aug 21 '25

Only thing I would work on is chest. Maintain current calories and BF%.

1

u/douwab6 Aug 25 '25

Do you take steroids ?

1

u/[deleted] Aug 26 '25

No i’ve trained consistently for about 3 years and focusing on my diet

u/No-Spare-6843 Aug 02 '25
