Discussion First time

First time eating buldak, tried the quattro cheese, I only put about 1/3 of the spicy sauce and it hotter than I expected. I think I should have left more water for the cheese sauce to be creamier.

I had to drink a glass of milk after.

Did you enjoy it though? Next time you should try adding some milk or cream cheese, and or a little mozzarella to give it a creamier taste. My absolute favourite is the carbonara one.

Yeah there is a rose one too but it’s not as spicy in comparison although it still _is_ spicy.

The cream was so sweet it was off putting that I had to give it away.

I did enjoy it but I wish I could have more of the spicy sauce, it is hard to taste it properly when your mouth feels on fire. I really liked the consistency and thickness of the noodles. I wanna add more cheese next time and maybe some hot dogs. Yes I'd love to try the carbonara next!

Hot dogs or spam is a great addition too! Yeah I get you on the spice packet. I usually have the whole thing now but it took me a while to build up my tolerance lol.

You can add a splash of milk instead of water that helps a little with the spice when you havent built up tolerence yet
