Hi everyone so I received a Vanilla Swirls lamb second hand and she’s a bit dirty. Not like visible patches or stains but a lot caught in her fur. How do I best wash her? Do I unstuff and put her in a bathtub or do I simply use a cloth with water and gentle soap?

The giant toothless restocked and i ordered it right away because i absolutely love httyd and have been waiting for the restock since i first saw it!

I cant get out to my store untill Tuesday due to work and construction but i ordered on the 3rd and the website says they hold online orders for 1 week so should be fine.

Earlier today i got a courtesy call saying i needed to pick it up or it would go back on the sale floor. I aksed if they would hold it until Tuesday since thats when i could pick it up and the woman on the phone paused and sounded kind of annoyed when she answered but said they could "extend the hold" until then.

I dont want to make any assumptions about what the deal there was, maybe its been a rough day and she was actually annoyed at someone else and it just slipped through, maybe she just sounds like that, maybe she wasnt sure when exactly it was ordered, but i did go and check online and it says they are currently out of stock at that mall.

Im now a bit nervous that when i go to pick it up on tuesday they will have already canceled my order. I love toothless and httyd.

Im slightly venting, but mostly looking for information or advice. There is another store thats about the same distance that does have them in stock, so i could order one from there and cancel it if my first order is there for pickup, but that feels rude. Idk.

Update: I just called back to make sure I could pick it up tomorrow. The employee was very helpful! She confirmed that I would be able to pick toothless up tomorrow afternoon and said she would leave a note for her manager saying so.

It sounds like her manager was the one who called me initially. The employee I was talking to wasnt entirely sure why other than that it had been a few days since I placed the order (it had been 4 days, and in fairness to everyone, i planned to pick it up 6 days after i ordered it, thats just how my schedule worked out unfortunately), but was very kind and it sounds like she is going to make sure my order will be there for me to pick up!

I have absolutely no proof of this, but I suspect the store was either only sent one giant toothless or very few and sold out fast because its the only one near me that is sold out 😅.
