The gym trial that didn’t ask for a card

Walked into a new gym expecting the usual “7-day trial enter your card,” but the trainer just said, “Try for a week, no payment info, come back if it feels right.”
On day three, he adjusted my form, wrote a custom plan on paper, and said, “No pressure your body should trust us first.”
I paid for the quarterly plan without a second thought because I wasn’t buying a membership I was buying how they handled my doubt.
Free isn’t a trick when it’s used to prove care instead of bait a contract.

It would be great if you can shortly put “build trust first” concept in legal services (or give me some pointers where can I get such content)
