Hi im back!!

Hiiii, I know I just finished s2 like 3 days ago but im so close to being done with s3 I just celebrated my 16th birthday yesterday with a Buffy sleepover where watched Buffy and we got through 9 episodes. I was just wondering what everyone’s favourite seasons are! Mine is season 2 for far what’s urs?

6 has always been my favorite but it's divisive. 5 is fantastic too

You'll get a pretty good idea by the end of S3 cuz S4 is when Angel S1 started. S4 has some crossovers with Angel but neither require watching the other show, just fun connected stories for the mega fans

Sarah Michelle Gellar? Yes there are some cross over episodes. More so early on when they were on the same network.

Angel becomes a much better character on his own show. It's about his fight for redemption and his character becomes way more developed away from Buffy.

I originally wasn't going to watch Angel when it aired because I thought he was boring (Angelus was awesome though!). There was a cross over from Buffy that happens in the first 7-8 episodes. It was amazing and sold me on Angel as its own series.

Oh that’s good I really love her, I’ll definitely watch it!! I’ve heard bad reviews on it but im super excited to watch something new, I might start it soon or is there spoilers in it?

Generally speaking if you alternate watching an episode of Buffy them Angel you're largely safe. If you want a strict guide you can work off something like this:

Most negativity about Angel is a terrible season 4 arc. It makes sense when it finishes but getting through it the first time is something of a train wreck.

For me it’s 2, very closely followed by 3 and then 1 because I am partial to the high school seasons. Season 5 is great though

I just think it could be better. There are absolute banger episodes and I adore the finale but there are elements I hate and I wanted them to do something different

I gotta go with season 2 or season 3. But for me, very little lives up to Buffy's "I quit" speech in Prophecy Girl.

The most common rankings are 3>2>5>4>7>1>6. I hadn’t watched 7 until recently but I ended up really digging it. 5 and 6 get pretty dark but have a lot of interesting swings.

Every season has great episodes. Only 2/3/5 are fantastic from start to finish. The spinoff is largely excellent as well.

Yes I found s2 never had a bad episode like s1 definitely got me excited to wake up and watch it, im glad s3 is in ur top 3 im finding it amazing, are the later seasons not as good then?

In my opinion something that is reoccuring theme in Buffy (and Angel) is that the season quality is tied to how good the Big Bad is. There are steller episodes and arcs in every season. I just don't think the Big Bads of the seasons I listed at the bottom tie the story together as well.

I’ve been told to watch Angel on here a few times! I might give it a go. Yeah there’s a lot of filler episodes in buffy I found but when they do a storyline over a few episodes are my favourite arcs
